In the center of a large square, a pitched battle is in effect. A single soldier, clad in navy-blue fatigues and carrying a strange-looking rifle, has transformed an empty fountain into a fortress, dotted with piles of rubble and the wreckage of Cyber-Police vehicles. Anything that gets too close is ripped apart by slugs of white-hot molten metal.
