Not really precursors literally create universes for fun (along with destroying them) at the thought, not even, in the halo perspective bungie was like, let's create the most op race in ever, how bout beings that trump gods

Idk jus cuz they created the universes and destroy them doesnt mean they didnt use tools to do it. I think it would be a pretty fair fight TBH, a universe creator vs a being with the power of an entire universe at their disposal. Also DC had the Dark Elves who were a tier zero civilization (predate the universe) and Thor kicked their butts!

Lol yeah but I know for a fact they also have star roads and the ability to be nothing and something at the same time, you couldn't sense or see them and star roads connect everything ever and when activated destroy everything

True but being every where and no where; the dude in DUNE could do that; Thats just being able to manipulate the 4th dimension (space time)

To be every where and no where or every thing and nothing; you just have to manipulate time: Essentially in theory a star road would be the ordering of all matter and energy within the space they inhabit that is put in that order some time in the future then ported in and out of time where and when they need them. Think of a plain out in the country; then think of later in the future when that plain is paved over by a road and covered with a city; now imagine if you could take that road and city and move it through time to exactly where and when you need it. Its like that but a good bit different at the same time.
