Feel like OP made this cyberpunk thread because he heard CD Prjeckt Red is making their next game called Cyberpunk 2077 which is a ROLE PLAYING GAME so then in the future when the game is released he can be like "Oh look they stole my idea see Im so cool look at me"
I mean the name and the style of game is just too similar.

Edited by HickoryHamMike: 9/7/2015 1:32:17 PMYeah, that's not what's gonna happen. I did get this idea from Projekt Red's concept, and I built the universe from the inspiration of other Cyberpunk works of fiction, like Blade Runner and Akira. I'm not stealing any ideas for my own, because first off I do not plagiarize, and second off if I did, it would be stupid to because Cyberpunk 2077's development and existence is widely known. If the Cyberpunk 2077 game does come out, I'll basically just be like "ayy lmao" and play it without creating a big argument like you're probably trying to do. So in the future, when you see things that look like other things, don't think their creator is plagiarizing right off the bat. Know that it could be inspired by other things, like my RP is.
PS: Lol do you even know what the difference between a "roleplay" and a "roleplaying game" is? You sound like a desperate conspiracy theorist, just letting you know.

PPS: Cyberpunk is a sci-fi genre. Ever saw Blade Runner or Akira?
