Wait until TTK, make a new character, boost straight to 25 and then replay through all the story to level new subclass fast and get all the xp bonuses from the first time completing missions, and get a strangers rifle of course.

Yeah it's still good for pvp but everyone just adjusts their loadouts when they get higher level gear
