Really, because they don't even do that to guardians much less goku. If they tried he'd be fine though. He could teleport anywhere in the universe, he has traversed heaven and hell, he has friends in high places, and he can be wished back to life anyways.
If he can destroy planets he can destroy Gorgons. I've done it a shitload of times, goku certainly can

If you kill enough they become invincible. And atheon can teleport him and no one will stand on the sync plates.

You're just being silly now, to think Goku would even be slowed down by Gorgons or Atheon. He could wipe out the galaxy by accident.
