The Fallen on Luna are of the House of Exile. Any Fallen that is exiled, banished, shunned, or persecuted comes to this House. It most likely got its beginnings from the remnants of the House of Scars

The Guardian reported it was an unknown House. We knew there were Fallen on the Moon, but we didn't know anything about them
