Yes it's against an un upgraded hopscotch as I was re rolling for reactive reload, but you will notice that the impact is around half of what it was.

That definitely is a drop but im having no problems. My perks are body shots with increased damage on headshots. Its a 2 to the chest 2 to the head kill.
