You can obtain an exotic quest from each faction if you're at least rank 25 for that faction. The requirements are (for the Dead Orbit one, could be the same for the others?) - Win 10 crucible matches - kill opponents in the crucible (about 100) - Complete 10 heroic strikes - Kill minions of the darkness (about 100) I just completed mine for Dead Orbit, but unfortunately I couldn't claim my reward, I could only press O to 'claim it later'. Has anyone completed this quest or for the other factions as well?
