[b]Apex looks from a rooftop, and witnesses the a small firefight that has occurred at Rycroft Okura Law Firm.[/b]
[i]Well, at least they're getting paid[/i], he says turning around.
[b]A Psion is bounded and left hanging from the 30 story building.[/b]
[b]Alex releases the grapple wire from the ballistic staff and he begins to fall until he stops him 5 feet from the ground.[/b]
"ALRIGHT ALRIGHT! They said they were meeting at the coast today! That's all I know!" He yells.
[b]Apex hoist him back up continues to beat him brutally until knocking him out with the staff. He then goes through his pocket and finds a capsule full of several KAP.[/b]

[b]He arrives near the side of a house in the streets waiting in the shadow.[/b]

"I'm making progress apparently there's a group of them meeting tonight at the coast" Apex says. [b]The boy takes some KAP.[/b] "There were rumors that some Psions joined the coastal biker gangs, I wasn't sure until I gave you my lead". "Good work" Apex says grappling away leaving.
