Lots of changes. I want to know, and catelog in this OP, what you guys objectively think about some of the new hotness. I'll put in my thoughts as I destroy in the Crucible (my first match of rift had me top of the leaderboard with more points than both teams combined and we mercy ruled 'em!) and would love to hear yours.
Hand Cannons
My Opinion:
Probably the closest to perfection that a Destiny weapon type has come to. I've used Hand Cannons extensively since the Alpha and can honestly say this is how I wanted them to feel. They fit the Auto-Scout gap extremely well and are less viable at close range, to all but the truest hands. Moving into the future of handcannons, doing it right will depend entirely on the Hand Cannons themselves rather then the weapon class. GOOD WORK BUNGIE! Just remember, more Jewels of Osiris and less Up the Antes.
Auto Rifles
Shotguns
Fusion Rifles
Rift
Scoring puts too much emphasis on the carrier. I've played mostly by myself, so I am naturally the most proficient carrier because all randoms are, by nature, terrible. A decent carrier will always top the leaderboard. This leads to people waiting around at the rift just trying to get it as the carrier succeeds or fails. As the consistent carrier, I was topping the leaderboard even when my teammates made offensive, sometimes invaluable, plays to get me to the end. Yet they receive minimal scoring and I get oodles of points. Rift is a really fun gamemode (please create more fun based games- griffball comes to mind), but it needs to reward protectors and non-carriers more.
Specific Problem Exotics
Lord of Wolves
While being point-blank to someone is a lot more able now that one-shotting shotguns are weaker, Lord of Wolves still lacks a little too much in the range department. Its a one burst at normal shotgun ranges, but the requirement of all burst to hit for a kill should mean that it can reach slightly furthur than the normal shotguns. FUN GUN, NOT VIABLE.
Hate that super takes longer(not only pvp but still) In rift the two more seconds you have to wait to respawn. The less xp for faction rep(not only pvp but still) Still seeing thorn(ik its ok but hate the gun ever since everybody started using it) Auto rifles got a minor buff, like a 1-3 dps increase, But besides it has been fun

Auto rifles are OP again.

What do you guys think?

It's dope

For some reason Blink feels a bit clunky. But it's alright. R.I.P good grenades for BladeDancer though.
