How do you get said quests?
I only declared on one character to a faction so far as it would be stupid to abandon Vanguard Rep halfway through ranking on my other characters.

You get both rep now. Vanguard/Crucible and whatever faction you pledge to rofl

Need to be at least rank 25 with any given faction. When you pledge to that faction you will automatically recieve the quest.
