Finished the 2 hunter quests. Got 2 lvl 40 cloaks. One foe bladedancer and one for gunslinger. Same with my titan too

U would have gotten the class item but u r also supposed to get emblems as part of these quests. U can see them in the emblem kiosk

I saw someone with the subclass titan hammer clack on it was weird maybe glitch idk he was 34
