not the point. You test a product before you release/sell it. basic business. if they had atleast one person test it they would have found this bug with ease.

Even a working program has room for improvement. That's what's great about it. You're only limited by your imagination. However, the more complex the idea the more chances there are that a mistake can be made. Fixing one thing may break a hundred others. It's a very inexact art that involves a bunch of trial and error. It doesn't matter how many times they tested it in a controlled environment. Once the public get their hands on it a whole bunch of other factors are introduced that they cannot test before. Game development isn't easy, and a bug discovered two days after an update release should be considered a good find.
