They live in a castle on a cliff with the tunnels connected. But anyways, two-we are currently at peace, and citizens have begun to leave our city to colonize the once-lost cities of this world. You COULD join them in their endeavor. And three-your people could split up among our various apartments. Im guessing you could also build your own fortress, which you wouldn't need authorization for. If you have any other ideas, we could use them as well. Just pick whichever you like."
