When I heard Nolan North was voicing the Ghost I was excited because when I hear Nolan North I think of his voicing Desmond Miles from the Assassin's Creed series, I thought the Ghost voice would be closer to that when I heard of it. Needless to say I was surprised when I got on to hear how it sounded. I don't hate it I just think it's a huuuge change from what it was, it'll take some getting used to but it's not horrible. ~ Just my opinion ~
Personally I'd love if they'd had Nolan do the Ghost lines in different voices and you could choose which setting you liked. I would love to have the voice close to Desmond's as my Ghost. But I could see where that would take a lot of time.

Personally I think Dinklage was better. I'm not gonna go so far as to say Northbot is bad, but I don't like the voice. I don't remember where I read it, but someone summed it up pretty well: "He sounds like he's doing a bad impression of C3PO". I've only known North as the voice of Nathan Drake, so I was expecting something more like that. I'm sure I can eventually get used to it, but for now its weird...

Voice, I'm good with. The writing for it... needs work. I feel like I went from a companion that was a bit sarcastic, but dependable to a care bear. I landed on Venus and he talks about the nonrecovered data like it's a kitten. I want a bit more spine in my partner when I'm going to war, you know?
