I see a lot of people comparing the halos and the Death Star. Well consider this. At one point in the Star Wars expanded universe there was a weapon called the galaxy gun. Capable of shooting a galaxy's center disrupting the super black hole there and obliterating the whole galaxy

Uh... The Galaxy Gun is at most a planetary [u]surface[/u] killer. It's called the Galaxy Gun because it can be fired from anywhere in the Galaxy and hit anything in the Galaxy. It uses nuclear explosions to do damage. That would do nothing to a black hole.
