So all the terminals give us access to item collections for currently possessed items and previously discovered, but discarded items, except the Exotic terminals, which only provide blueprints for currently possessed items? That makes no sense. Missing weapons and armour "require discovery", even though I have the Grimoire card proving I've already discovered them? Really?
