Hawking radiation is highly energetic particles that are expelled from the innermost parts of a singularity. They escape by accelerating faster than light by billions of times fold, as represented by the inverse square of the distance of gravitation, and ergo creates energy from nothing. It is a self-propelled object able to be so by being random information and therefore being not bound by the First Law of Thermodynamics. It creates something from nothing

Because they're destruction. They are literal destruction. Random information that will annihilate anything that it can and often does. It has no reason except to be the antithesis of creation
