I'm sorry, but you people that bumped this post suck. Why not play the game as it was intended to be played. I know I will... I'll have fun exploring new areas and finding new things myself. You kids love to cheese and cheat everything. Jeez.

First of all, don't generalizes us in the forums as "kids". Second of all, this is not, IN ANY WAY, cheating. This is getting ghost so we can boost our grimoire, and possibly get new knowledge by reading new said grimoire. Have you ever thought of that? Close minded as hell.

Hello intelligence thank you!!

Edited by Senor Crouch: 9/12/2015 5:08:06 AMYour question intrigues me as it sounds like you genuinely do not understand why some of the Destiny community do these types of things. I will attempt to answer your question. May 19th, 2015, a Tuesday. This day marked the drop of the House of Wolves. The Destiny community was a buzz with hype and excitement. I think we can all pretty much agree that for those of us Guardians who purchased the House of Wolves had a great run of beating every bit of it as fast as possible. We got the exotics, we defeated Skolas, we triumphed over the the Trials, we reached the Lighthouse, and got ourselves to Light Level 34. Great times, but soon these events became stale and dull as we defeated Skolas a plethora of times, got up to House of Judgement Rank 16, and hunted the same Wolves over and over. Weeks past and before most of us knew it we could do these missions blindfolded. Maybe some of us thought to change it up a bit by trying to defeat the Prison of Elders by holding the controller with our feet instead of our hands. Then suddenly, it happens, "OMG...w-what is this? Update 2.0? And, it comes with shells of new maps/areas? Something that I don't know in Destiny and can't perfectly draw out by heart using my non-dominant hand? Something that isn't been a part of this repetitive cycle for the past several months? And I don't have to shell out $40/£40 or wait any more weeks to view it?" I'm sure you get the point. Starve a man for a month and I'm sure he'll eat a shoe. Starve a man for several months and you never know what he'll do.

Yes this
-
I agree bro
-
Just one question: Why do you even care?
-
I don't. Why do you care what I care?
-
Jeez - take it easy. Everyone plays game with a different objective. Tolerance is in short supply with you.
-
Can you please post the "Destiny as it was intended to be played" manual?
-
Pay for my game ill play it anyway you wish lol
-
-
I'm quite sure it doesn't include glitching through walls and accessing content before release. If that's your cup of tea, then by all means be a glorified loser.

Edited by Senor Crouch: 9/12/2015 6:39:03 AMYou are definitely a curious individual, you have so much emotional investment in this subject that you wind up personally attacking fellow Guardians for doing nothing more than crafting their legend, their own fun in the way they find most pleasurable. You further fail to see that if this truly wasn't the intent of the Bungie development team, this sparrow glitch/cheese/cheating would have been patched many updates ago. Lest we not forget how quickly Bungie was to shut down the Loot Cave saying something along the lines of, "While it created a wonderful social experience, this was not the intent we had for Destiny." In all your great misguided desperation to get Guardians to play the way you want them to play, you fail to understand why it's Bungie's intent that Guardians like Tristan continue to do these types of things. It is free hype for the new content. Bungie didn't have to pay a dime for all this publicity and hype train that follows. Don't believe me? Then ask yourself why Tristan here isn't banned yet? Why aren't any of them banned? Why hasn't any of this been patched? So while it may not be the way you wish people to conform to the game, it is a way for Bungie to generate hype without lifting a finger. And you better believe that was their intent.

What? What are you talking about? Honestly zero clue. This means more to you than it does to me obviously. Hope you get over this, I really do.
-
I am over it... I said that people like you suck. I'm not the one that needs to follow a map to find all the content. I'll be having fun playing the game as it was intended to be played. Like I said. Why are you getting your panties in a bunch? I'm the one WITH a clue. LOL. You can play however you want, but quite honestly it would be sad and pathetic. Believe that! :-)

Hey Roman!! Thanks for your understanding since I,,, in no English language capacity did I remotely imply that I condone this behavior. Would be Amazing if you could cut and paste my comment as to where I expressed the actions you abhore as suitable for play. Please go ahead and enlighten me and US To where I provided such vernacular. Sorry I suck because I asked for a "destiny as it was intended to be played" manual. I will probably be ok though so don't worry at all about posting on an Internet forum about how you deem to condescend to another person through text as a viable and meaningful use of your time. Hope you're well and best of luck with the fight you are trying to win here by making everyone who views anything differently than your opinion as the LAW as people who suck.

Maybe next time you'll think twice about some lame comment about a destiny manual. You see where your trolling got you? So next time do us all a favor and stfu. Got it? No one needs your snarky comments. If you had any sense of a brain, you would realize how games are meant to be played. I didn't think I had to describe that in extreme detail so you could understand. Grow up asshole. Muted for being an asshole. Good riddens, Lord Almighty. Someone got their panties tied. Jeez.

Edited by PopSkimo: 9/12/2015 4:21:52 AM
No one needs your snarky comments.
and nobody needs you in their life, quit being a dick and let people do what they want, without the condescending attitude. Especially since it literally has 0 effect on you. Good lord.

How old are you
-
Maybe, just maybe..... Can't believe you muted me.... I will try to persevere...

Roman, I'm sorry you feel that way. The fact of the matter is, I have over 1800 hours on this game. I have max grimoire and every achievement. I started to explore these areas because of my lust for this game, its story, and lack there of. If you hate this video I'm sorry but try to remember that the people who like this video are just fans of the game,, there's no need to put them down because they think outside the box. As for me, I'm just sorry you don't enjoy the video I spent 3 hours making for you. I hope you change the way you look at things Roman. Let me know if you ever want to explore with me :)
-
Exploring is what I'll be doing once TTK drops. I know everyone wants to be the first, but how fun is it to run from place to place knowing exactly where something is just to acquire it? Why play the game? If everything you've ever found was found by someone else who then gave you a map, then you really didn't find it... you just gave up on exploring so you could have it and show your higher Grimore and think you're better than everyone. Thanks for the video... but it really just insults the time Bungie put into their game. It's like if you made a movie, spent 2 years writing it, shooting it, editing it... and then some guy came on the forums and blurted out all the twists and surprise ending.
It's like if you made a movie, spent 2 years writing it, shooting it, editing it... and then some guy came on the forums and blurted out all the twists and surprise ending.
A bit of a leap there going from a post about content to an example about plot.

That is the equivalent of intentionally spoiling. This is a topic, meaning you can NOT click it. Simply scroll past the post, dumbass.
