So, i downloaded the patch the other day after 3 failed attempts... All was good, i was excited when i entered the tower again after 3 months, since i had abandoned Destiny due to lack of interest and motivation to play. I explored the "New" tower, recieved the quests from Ikora Rey and the Factions... But i didn't actually feel motivated to complete them or even start... I just don't want to play anymore, it is so boring, i have spent so many hours into this game, and the only thing i can think of when i enter the Tower is -ÖMG i don't want to do this all over again just to lvl up my Faction so that i can have a SLIGHT CHANCE to earn that god foresaken shader that i am missing, so that i can wear it, feel good for 10 mins and then go to patrol and feel like shit! for having to do the same thing again and again...
I just feel empty when i log in... I went to the Year 1 BLUEPRINT section to find out that the only Exotic Weapon from Year 1 i am missing is that -blam!-eng NECROCHASM that this Crota guy won't drop a Crux after 50+ attempts of killing him :/
Does anyone else feel like this, wanting to play so much but feeling like it's an obligation the moment you step in the Tower ?
PS. This is a discussion, i in no way want to critique Destiny, i loved it and i actually connected with my Guardian in a way when i created him, i just wish it had a bit of "meaning" killing Antheon for the 50th time...
