[b]You see a massive explosion in a building, followed by another explosion in the street. Helicopters soon rush to the site. The street has collapsed into the sewers, and the casino is destroyed completely. Fire is also spreading to some nearby buildings. An enormous ball of fire rolls up from a sub-explosion and black smoke clouds the sky.[/b] (If you plan on helping just go to my post. Just saying they would notice this if they were looking over the region)

Ash walked into an apartment complex, and a couple minutes later, sat down on the balcony to an apartment.

[i]Crow remains stationary on the edge of the building.[/i]

Ash suddenly stands up, and looks straight at you, he caught your scent.

[i]A dark, armored, cloaked figure is seen, standing on the edge of a building, a rifle and sword on his back.[/i]

Ash pulled out a sniper and keyed in on the figure

[i]The figure stands unmoving. His armor appears sleek, but heavy enough to withstand high caliber rounds. Even his face mask appears to be made of the same material. He's looking directly at you, a well.[/i]

Ash drops the rifle and jumps off the balcony, climbing up the building you are on

[i]The figure is gone.[/i]

"I know you're hiding somewhere, you don't want to mess with me."

[i]There is a response over your comms. The voice sounds gruff, British..[/i] I'm not after you or anyone specifically, but I don't take kindly to rifles being aimed at me.

Ash's tongue flicked the air "Ah, your scent reeks of tempest."

[i]The voice laughs.[/i] Ironically I've got no powers. It's a title I've taken on. I'm just fast on the draw.

"So, what's the deal with you people watching? Kind of stalker-ish if you ask me."
