I've earned mine.. and honestly.. I wouldn't take you on my fireteam. I find it easier to run with noobs than people with experience. I've taken 2 noobs into 35 PoE, took us an hour beginning to end, and we completed it first try. I've even done it with 2 noobs and no mics. Just using crouch communication. It was easier than running with someone who thinks that just because they've done it every week that we have to follow their lead. On my fireteam.. there is no leader. Nobody gets kicked, we are a TEAM. So, that said.. if I get in a fireteam with someone without the emblem, and someone with the emblem says to kick them... I'm kicking the one who said it.
