There's also plenty of people that smoke and have health issues.
That shouldn't be the argument anyway. If you're doing it away from other people that don't want to deal with the smoke, it should be no different than cigarettes.
Inhaling any kind of smoke isn't good for you, and I don't think there need to be an argument against that.

Never heard of anyone ever having health issues from smoking marijuana. Except for being stinky and having long hair.
