That's my requirement. I don't need any first time raiders in my fireteam slowing us down

You seem to forget it will be YOUR first time doing the raid to. What do you expect that this will be the same as crota or VoG. There are new mechanics. And knowing the old ones does not help towards knowing the new ones. (Before you state that I haven't done raids be aware that you're looking at a man who knows every mechanic and cheese in VoG and Crota.)

No one wants to raid with a dickhead anyway. I'd much prefer five idiots who know how to have fun over five serious assholes that are raging at their fire team while doing what's supposed to be enjoyed.
