What are you rambling about? Provide some proof as to how it's harmful to the quality of life of the people around it. I live in Boulder, CO and it's legal here for recreational purposes. You are right that it has an impact on society as a whole. In my society the impact is completely beneficial. I speak from my experience living in a community that is consistently ranked as one of the heathiest, highly educated, and high quality of life cities in the country. I come from a little town called Mendocino CA. People there are typically lazy, and I had head aches the entire time I was growing up from having to smell the stuff.
