I have provided substantiating evidence. If you want to do research and provide links to RCTs which dispute that which I have provided, go for it. Your teachers may have told you that sources need to be within the last 5 years, but in the real world that's not true. Read any current journal article and you will see citations dating back decades.
I do applaud you for actually looking at my links before commenting. However, your biggest qualm seems to be that some studies were on adolescents. That is true, but is absolutely doesn't confound my assertions. These studies are pretty good science. If I wanted to spend more time finding more recent data it would not be hard, but I already know what I said is true.
