They won't fail you for alcohol as long as you're not drunk on the job, if they legalize pot then people will finally start pulling their heads out of their asses and start viewing pot the same as alcohol, as it should be regarded.
Being high on the job should always be disallowed, but pot should be allowed any time alcohol is, as in during our off-time. Given enough time (after pot is legalized) most people will see sense.
The FBI is already changing their policy on weed in regards to hackers they hire, since most of the best hackers apparently smoke weed, and current FBI policy forbids the hiring of anyone who has used marijuana in the past 5 years. Apparently the government cares more about having a good workforce than maintaining outdated policies.
