First off most of your facts require citation, second, the ones that are cited are incredulously outdated. Try Google scholar for recent articles.

You have google. You can look up the same sites I did. If you find ones with more current/ relevant data then post it. Or you can go edit the wiki pages then cite them. ;) As for the out of date 2008 study done here in Canada... haven't seen one like it since. However since e back when these types of studies were being funded some a$$h0l3s flew a few planes into some buildings and focus changed from drugs to terrorism rather heavily. ;)
