I was shown Destiny on an xbox 1 about a year ago. I thought it was pathetic. Cartoony, corny, over produced crap. Like Halo.
Then I noticed that the voice of the Ghost was Peter Dinklage and all of a sudden the game mattered to me. I downloaded the demo on my ps3 and got cracking. I thought it was amazing having a robotic Tyrian Lanister guiding me through a cartoon world of retarded looking "Wolves" (that walk on 2 legs and have wolf ears, but use guns??!). I was more than happy to continue playing this Destiny game while my dear half sized buddy tagged along, so I bought the full game. Even pre ordered the new DLC...like $120 or something ridiculous. I download all 40000g of update material, turn the game on......and Peter Dinklage is gone!
I bought Destiny based on the fact that it had implemented ONE good feature, Dinklage.
I honestly DO NOT care if Peter Dinklage costs Bungie another $500,000 per line. That's not our problem. You (BUNGIE) sold us a product. %100 of that product contains Peter Dinklage. We all paid our money for the product on time (before time even) and you've shown up with this B-grade, half cut crap, which frankly insults our intelligence. You've cut away all the nice lean parts of the game and left us with fat and bone, like we (your loyal customers) are nothing but a financial garbage disposal for you. A place for you to filter your bad ideas through, get feedback and get paid for it. While WE, the ones paying the money are being treated like idiots.
Bungie - I have no intention of playing the %75 - %80 version of Destiny that you have provided. I have no intention of playing Destiny at all until the voice of the Ghost is back to Peter Dinklage. If this does not happen, then I formerly request a refund for the full $120 I spent on this sub par product. False advertising is a serious crime. Especially when its a large company taking advantage of kids.
Dont waste time deliberating, Bungie. Do I sound like Im going to stop? lol
Chop chop, refund me.
