Prior to the Battle of Earth, he participated in the Battle of New Jerusalem. After that, he was assigned to Alpha-Nine and participated in the events of ODST. During the battle of Sol, the Rookie's family was killed on Luna. Still sticking with Alpha-Nine, the Rookie was sent to Draco III with the rest of the team. He was ultimately ordered by Buck to sneak around insurrectionist fortifications, but was captured and executed when Alpha-Nine tried to save him. His initials are JD.
