Share your "2.0 patch" failures and lies from Bungie.

[b]If you have a nerf you are aware of that Bungie didn't tell us was coming, or a failure of a buff Bungie didn't do what they were supposed to do, comment below, and I'll attempt to monitor and add your contributions to this thread. Ty.[/b] [b][i][u]••••SCOUT RIFLES••••[/u][/i][/b] Base Damage increased slightly for "Medium" to "High" Rate-of-Fire Scout Rifles. Small adjustment, does not change shots-per-kill in PVP against another Guardian with full health [b][i][u]Magazine Size increased on all base stats[/u][/i][/b] Accuracy when firing from hip is reduced ([b][i][u]by what????)[/u][/i][/b] Damage done against AI combatants increased by 5% --Base damage increase for scout rifles is not said. "Slightly increased" with nothing mentioned means you "slightly increased nothing". --[b][i]no change in magazine sizes IN GAME. Failure to apply and WAS NOT DONE in-game.[/i][/b] ________________________ [b][i][u]••••PULSE RIFLES••••[/u][/i][/b] All Stable (low recoil) Pulse Rifles (i.e., Hopscotch Pilgrim) now use "Medium" Rate-of-Fire base stats "Medium" Pulse Rifle's Rate-of-Fire has slightly increased [b][i][u](by what???[/u][/i][/b]), but with base Damage reduced slightly (2.5%) PVP: Bursts-to-kill (all precision hits) is 2 or 3, depending on victim’s Armor stat [b][i][u]Magazine Size increased[/u][/i][/b] on all base stats Base Stability reduced slightly (by what???) Landing consistent precision shots require more weapon control Damage done against AI combatants increased by 25% [b][i][u]---Magazine sizes NOT increased. FAILED TO APPLY in-game. ---Hopscotch pilgrim impact NERFED, but not "The Messenger" impact, or "SpareChange2.5" impact.[/u][/i][/b] ________________________ [b][i][u]••••SHOTGUNS••••[/u][/i][/b] Shotgun precision damage scalar grants 10% bonus damage (Was 25%) Shot Package perk reduces the cone spread by 20% (was 50%) Rangefinder perk adds a 10% base Range increase on zoom (was 20) [b][i][u]Damage done against AI combatants reduced by 45% ( 2.25-> 1.15)[/u][/i][/b] [b][i][u]--Bungie stated SHOTGUNS were only going to receive a -10% PVE damage NERF against AI combatants. THIS patch notes area states -45%. So literally... Bungie lied.[/u][/i][/b] _____________________ [b][i][u]••••FUSION RIFLES••••[/u][/i][/b] Fusion Rifles now no longer get more accurate with each projectile fired Fusion Rifles that are slow charging, high impact now have a slightly lower base Range value, making it harder to max out range for these weapons Accuracy increased for low range Fusion Rifles; Accuracy reduced for high range Fusion Rifles Max Fusion Rifle [b][i][u]projectile speed decreased slightly[/u][/i][/b] Damage done against AI combatants increased by 15% [b][i][u]--Fusion Rifle projectiles are made of ENERGY, not a "physical Ballistic". Same as the "Hard Light" projectiles. It's why there's a PERK called "ENHANCED BATTERY". [/u][/i][/b] [b][i][u]••••YEAR ONE PERKS••••[/u][/i][/b] We have revisted all of these Year One stat perks and [b][i][u]reduced the amount they buff your weapon stat[/u][/i][/b] to re-normalize against Year Two weapon lethality and reinforce specialization so players are making meaningful trade-offs on weapons. Field Scout: No longer affects magazine. Reduced inventory bonus by 37% [b][i][u]--YOU STATED "reduced the amount they buff your weapon STAT". FIELD SCOUT is a "WEAPON STAT", it WASNT "reduced". You didn't reduce the buff to the weapon stat. You "REMOVED field scout from ALL THE WEAPONS" by nullifying the field scouts ability of adding to the weapon magazine entirely. It's a weapon stat. You said you'd reduce the stat, NOT "remove it". SO that is a lie. --Adding reserve ammo from field scout to the ammo inventory is worthless. ARMOR PERKS ADD AMMO TO THE RESERVE ON ALL KINDS OF ARMOR PIECES. This wasted everyone's grind time, gear earning, and leveling armor.[/u][/i][/b] __________________________ [b][i][u]••••STRIKES••••[/u][/i][/b] Burn (Arc, Void, Solar) Skulls now [b][i][u]only increases player damage by 2x (down from 3x).[/u][/i][/b] Combatant damage to player is unchanged at 3x. --Negating 1/3 the player burn in nightfalls is [b][i][u]complete garbage. ENEMY COMBATANTS on many occasions have "elemental shields" that don't match their "elemental weapons". Players DONT have "elemental shields", and even IF you add the "elemental defense perks" on players armor in TTK... you've literally made ALL ELEMENTAL WEAPONS we have earned and will earn ONE THIRD useless.     Hey guys and gals.... I appreciate the input on dysfunctional changes in the 2.0 update. Please bare in mind that glitches are not based on "opinions of how you believe something should have been". I'll always appreciate opinions that conform to a respectable viewpoint, but please remember this thread is for Bungie to see a compiled list of what isn't working post 2.0 patch. And [b]THANK YOU[/b] for your contributions, if you have video of any glitches or dysfunctional changes please share the links and they will be added to the original post, and very quite possibly a video for later archiving. -WP
