TROUBLES WITH THE TRIAD BOUNTY RP 2ND REFRESH:
[i]The Hunters have successfully infiltrated the Shangri-La, butchering the poor pair of goons who stood guard on the first floor. They now ascend to the second floor, Phantym and Dusk scouting the area with their snipers from outside.
In the second floor, the Hunters find a dark room lit dimly by lava lamps, a group of Triad goons lying on rugged couches as they pass around drug-data and swallow KAP-8. The hypnotic tune of binaural beats chimes repeatedly through the room from expensive speakers built into the walls.
The junkies only drunkenly greet you with wavering arms and sleepy faces.

Apex, meanwhile, breaks into the 6th floor, and steps into a firefight with a dozen goons there.
