Does not surprise me too much given that they are already mandatorily (re)educating us in California. When I began college, I had to take this online "Not Anymore" course on sexual assault and consent, because you know, apparently, all men are r@pists until it is conditioned out of them. Never mind all the stupid drunk women who put themselves in dangerous situations with dangerous men.
