Actually no, if it takes after the battle rifle it already has tight sights and wouldnt need hip fire.

Why would you not want hipfire accuracy on something you're going to hipfire all day..

Because the br has great hip fire accuracy and a hip fire perk wouldnt do much, id rather have a stability increase for it to make it more of a laser
