But suddenly a ninja like figure drops down and slashes the device, then knocking Cameron out with the handle. He wields Firecrest in his hand, surging with orange energy.[/b]
[b]The ninja snatches Apex's magnetic device and tosses it at a wall pinning Eva to it.[/b]
[b]Vyper attempts to fire overcharged Lightning (-8 KAP) but The figure holds Firecrest in front of him channeling the energy then absorbing it with Vyper being heavily drained, and fatigued.[/b]
"Who the hell are you?!" Apex says u collapsing the ballistic staff.
[b]Angered, Apex swings the ballistic staff, but the Ninja does a b-twist dodging it. He then slashes downward with Apex blocking upwards anticipating the slash but....the Powerful Blade cuts the ballistic staff in half, as well as Apex's mask, collapsing it back in. He then jump back kicks towards Apex and he is launched back with his hood falling down.
The ninja approaches the unmasked Apex, revealing the imposter to be Merrick Rycroft.[/b]
"Merrick..." the Ninja figure says

"It's all their fault, my company went down....then my best friend disappears and he left us all to suffer, it's all because of scum like him!" He yells pointing towards Cameron. [b]Tessa gets up and staggers up.[/b] "Who.... are..y-?!" She said collapsing from fatigue. [b]The ninja looks up and notices the other armored figure looking at him from the roof.[/b]

[b]Etana jumps down and looks at all of them. [/b] "So your going to kill him?" [b]He says drawing his [i]Red Katana[/i][/b]

[b]Firecrest charges with energy.[/b] "Stay out of this..." The ninja says looking over his shoulder.

"Sorry, I can't do that. I won't let you kill any of them." [b]He says getting into a defensive position.[/b]

He prepares to attack before Vyper regains consciousness.[/b] "Stop!" Vyper yells with her snake mask collapsing back. [b]The figure stops and remembers.[/b] "Tessa...." He says [b]He looks at the armored figure who's sword he had sliced remembering it to be his old friend.[/b] "Etana..."

The Icey-Voice distortion powers down and you hear a familiar voice you have not heard in a while.[/b] "Guys, it's me" Kai says looking over at Merrick and then the broken red katana

[b]Etana stands their in disbelief at the sight of Kai. It's been so long how could he just now show up? He nearly drops his face mask when he hears the familiar voice.[/b] "Kai..." [b]He finally says after a moment.[/b]

Suddenly a woman in a red and gold combat suit appears and she teleports away with him, delivering a small blast of flames as she does.[/b] [b]Vyper/Tessa teleports away with Merrick.[/b]

[b] Lance thinks about going down to him, but changes his mind and runs off into the night.[/b]
