I've seen plenty of people with max grimoire score not know what to do in a PoE or raid. To me, grimoire score means nothing, just shows how much time you put into the game. Some might say that makes you more experienced, and they're right. But a person with 600+ hours might be less skilled then somebody with 200+ hours.
My grimoire is crap, but I'm more experienced than most people with max grimoire. I've been here since the beta and have done every raid, PoE, strike, etc. and I know what I'm doing. So please stop with this elitist crap and give everybody a chance.

Yeah, because some people get carried.

Even being carried, you learn how it's done, you're not standing there drooling like a baby when everybody else does a certain role. I was carried through my first raid, back when VOG came out, the first day I went in as level 24, but afterwards I knew how do it.
