How long does it take??
I've been waiting for 5 minutes and it's still zero...any hints?

Refresh the page and enter your info again, if you.make it past 25% loading, you are good to go.

What I found worked was to put in one of your friends ID's and check out one of their character's videos, then go back and try yours again.

If you haven't gotten it to load already, try refreshing and do it over again. Worked for me.
