Also anon you great detective you. I was out on patrol and I received a mystery transmission and I had to do 3 different types of mission but they wouldn't show me what the mission were until I started doing them by discovering them. At the end on the 3rd mission the ghost says something along the lines "that couldn't have been from? Ah never mind." Maybe the stranger again? What do you think?
