[b]Specter finishes tinkering with his gun, and aims the sniper once more downrange. He fires, and this time, a yellow line of pure energy follows the firepath. It obliterates the target, and continues through, ricocheting twice more before finally fading into the air. He grins and continues to tinker with the weapon, adjusting the color of the laser. [/b]
