RuneScape was legit; but I doubt a lot of people here were actually around for the original RuneScape (RSC). You guys probably all started with RuneScape 2.

Runescape 2 is what they called it when it got the 3d ish over haul (moved away from the 2d) )....there is even a runescape 3 now if you can believe that
