FYI, the high impact snipers will pretty much kill anyone and everyone with a hs, super, overshield or whatever.

Sniping anyone who knows how to use arcblade is near impossible, but other than that, you can sniper everyone.

Any high impact sniper (LDR, Longbow, Benevolence grade) can do that, not just a spear.
