DONT BUY MORE THAN ONE RED BULL CODE

I have enterd 4 more since My original and NONE have showed up in my postmaster, and of course Bungie will not answer me on any site i message them on. Tried twitter, bungie.net, the forums, and no one will answer me about anything. Its truly amazing how bad their customer service is and how little they care about people being pissed about wasting their money on these codes that don't work. 4 more cans i bought, entered the codes, clicked claim rewards and then was brought the bungie site where it told me to go to the tower to pickup rewards form the postmaster. NONE were there, on any characters, and the codes don't even shot on my profile page. I for one feel extremely cheated, lied to, and deceived by this. This was obviously just a ploy to bring in more money, and with no customer support I do not know how this could be legal. Iw as promised something for my purchase, have not received it, and no one from Bungie will contact me back to let me know what the heck to do!

  • You need to locate your focused light, same place you redeem the shader/emblem codes from vanilla, and hit the "use now" button. Then they will appear at the postmaster.
