Redeem Code Sent To Inactive Email

I pre-ordered The Taken King on August 22, 2015. I have called xbox support and they have informed me that a code was sent to the email tied to my Xbox Live account. Unfortunately this email was inactive at the time the code was sent. Upon reactivating the email address I found no redeem code. If there is any way the code could be sent again to the newly activated address?
