My idea is have a mm system for two fireteams of three. This would be fair and ir would weed out some problems. Neither system is perfect though. I also hope I didn't insult you by thinking that you sounded a bit arrogant. It just personally felt like that to me.

Fireteam matchmaking would be a huge start and is a great idea. If we could mm for Fireteams, we could go do whatever when grouped and if we didn't like our Fireteam, we could leave and find another. Anything that allows players to meet and encourages communication in-game is a good thing.
