As I head out into the waste, I'm met with opposition of all kinds. Each species has its own strengths and weaknesses. As I travel into the darkness it has an effect on me that burdens me. With my light level in mind I know what enemies I can and cant face. The way the game wants you to play now is by building up your light level to match the enemies dark level. Enemies of all kinds have a dark level based on their base level times 5. So if you face a minion or a titan level 14 you times that by 5 to get there dark level. There level would be 70 so you have to match it to have an even chance. If you are under that level then you will deal less damage and take more. This would scale up the lower your light level. It would scale down so you would take less damage and deal more the higher your light level is. Keep in mind that what weapon you use still matters and how much defense you have will greatly effect your survival.
