I am missing my warlocks Collectors edition Emotion and shader, any help would be appreciated.

I didn't get emotes or class items for any of my three characters. Have the emblem and shader though. Idk wtf is up with the package.

I'm experiencing the same problem. My primary Titan and my Warlock received the collector's edition items OK but my secondary Titan didn't receive a thing. He also failed to receive any reward packages when faction and vanguard rep ticked over to a new level. I've stopped playing with him for now.
