Grimoire doesnt matter when your game doesn't start.I have reported this since 2.0 came and I can't even start the game up without it freezing. Since the 2.0.0.2 came out and what other patch you have is downloading and so called so called server work you claim to be doing, the game still freezes before or at the character select screen. I ran fine for weeks before 2.0. Nothing in hardware on my end has changed. Every other game works like normal on my Xbox One. Do you even acknowledge this issue as I see more and more people reporting their freezing up everytime they start the game up?
