Crota's death was a sign to being a beyond our miniscule corner of the universe. Now, we face Oryx, Crota's father. Now, we take up arms against a god, and his trans dimensional army. So, think you can kill a god?

Edited by Oath: 9/15/2015 3:40:31 AM"They're sending more reinforcements." The chatter of Pulse Rifle fire interrupted what the Ghost was about to say next. "I'm sorry, did you say more target practice?" Kairos responds, and his Ghost sighs. Currently, the pair were camped out in the extreme edges of the Cosmodrome. A day ago, Kairos spotted a large group of Fallen, of House Devils, moving through the area. Against the will of his Ghost, he tracked them. Last night, he set an ambush, planting explosives wherever he could hide them in the shipping yard on the path of the Fallen. Early this morning, when the Fallen walked right into the kill zone, he set to work, promptly detonating the explosives, shouldering his Supremacy Sniper Rifle, a personal gift from the Queen, Mara Sov. Four hours later, the bullet strewn corpses of the Fallen lay silent as the last Captain fell, desperate to escape. Kairos grimly studied his work from his vantage point on top of a crane. "How much ammo is left?" "Eight pulse rifle magazines, two sniper magazines, and a belt of ammo for your LMG." Kairos chuckles. "In other words, I got enough for a few more days. Explosives?" "Gone. You set the anti-personnel on the walkway as a defense, the demolition charges were placed down below." The Ghost responds, revealing himself in front of Kairos for the first time in hours. "I recommend a tactical retreat. Those reinforcements aren't due for another hour. We can get out now, alert the Tower of the increased Fallen activity, and restock our supplies. Maybe even talk to Petra, hunt down the remaining Wolves." Kairos nods, thinking to himself. On one hand, if he stayed, he could weaken the Devils even more. If he didn't go, he would be at a disadvantage, with limited supplies and ammo. He got what he came for anyways, maybe it was time to head home. "Take me to orbit." A burst of static comes over the radio. "Ghost, clean up that signal! I need to know who it is."
