Veterans Tour?? (VIP rewards)
I have a character level 30 before august and have both expansions plus TTK. But still not got been offered the Veterans Tour quest. Is this a known issue or have I been screwed me over?

Did you pick up the Shader/Banner/Sparrow first at the Kiosk? If so you need to delete them all and it should start the mission. Thats How i got the mission to start with Zavala. Also it appears you only will get 1 Legendary Ghost per account from what im reading, so if you have 3 characters like me you only get 1. Hope this helps.

there is no quest for me either i have ghost edition and season pass all my friends got thiers. kiosk is empty no quests available
