Not got my suros weapons

Hi, I redeemed my VIP reward and i have got my shader and a few other things, but i have not got my weapons at all?? What do i need to do to get this please?

Same here blitz. Ran all over the Tower for a shader, but my Suros Weapons? Nothing.
